Privacy Policy

Adelaide Cut Cabinets is a D&A Projects workshop at 58 Carlisle Street, Camden Park SA ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through accabinets.com.au, why, and how we look after it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Account details: your e-mail address. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name and e-mail address from Google; we do not get your Google password or access to anything else in your Google account.
- Invoice details you enter: name, business name, ABN, phone number and address.
- Orders: the cabinets and panels you design, your notes, order history and status.
- Technical information: a sign-in cookie, and server logs with IP addresses and request times, kept to keep the service secure and working.
The calculator works without an account. A design you have not sent is kept in your own browser; once you sign in, it is also saved to your account so you can open it on another device.
How we use it
- to sign you in and keep your orders together;
- to make your order, issue tax invoices and arrange pickup;
- to e-mail you sign-in codes, order confirmations and updates about your order;
- to answer your questions and keep our records as the law requires.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the site, and only as needed: Amazon Web Services (hosting in the Sydney region, and e-mail delivery) and Google (only if you choose "Continue with Google"). When online payment is added, the payment provider will process card payments; we will not see or store your card number. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Where it is stored and how long we keep it
Your information is stored on our server in Australia (AWS Sydney). We keep account and order records while you have an account, and invoices and order records for at least five years, as Australian tax law requires. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes and sign-in sessions after 30 days.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie that keeps you signed in. The calculator stores your current design in your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Security
The site uses HTTPS. We do not store passwords: you sign in with a one-time code or with Google. Access to our systems is limited to the people who make your order.
Your choices
You can see and update your invoice details under My account. You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to close your account and delete what we are not required to keep.
